Therefore, reducing ones stress level can help ease IBS symptoms. The lesser the stress level, the lesser IBS symptoms occur as well as to manage it. Undergoing meditation, exercise, hypnosis, and counseling help reduce stress level.
Another thing that was discussed by IBS support groups that can be done to ease IBS pain is the use of heating pad, as this have a soothing effect and research also shows that the use of low-level continuous heat as a way to speed up pain relief is beneficial.
There are also some kinds of tea that gives a soothing effect that help eases IBS symptoms. Among these is peppermint tea, chamomile tea as well as ginger tea all of which has a reputation of easing out digestive distress.
